About me

About me

Original on Transparent.png

I have held senior executive roles in some of the world’s most successful organisations, such as Global Head of Culture at GroupM, WPP (35,000 people across 80 countries) and previously, the same role within Zenith Media, Publicis Groupe.  I am rigorous and goal-oriented, reaching deeply into systems and processes to deliver impactful, scalable strategies and initiatives that drive transformation and growth - in large corporates, SMEs and start-ups.

I have facilitated world-class group coaching events globally: APAC, EMEA and North America.  I feel very proud to have co-founded the Walk the Talk movement.  This award-winning initiative ignited essential systemic change, along with providing a transformative development experience for over 2,500 senior leaders at WPP, earning a reputation within the industry for being the most effective inclusion program of its kind.

It was an honour to be named a ‘game-changer’ on the IPA iList, which celebrates the leaders making the greatest impact within the advertising and media industry.

I believe that with the proper support, the experience of leadership can be a profound growth experience.  It offers the opportunity to become more conscious of restrictive life-long patterns and self-limiting beliefs, benefitting both the individual and their teams.  Traditionally leaders have been taught to look outwards for their answers.  I coach them to connect with their truth – their wisdom, courage and discernment.  I have discovered when we invest the time to better understand ourselves, we are energised to offer the same to others.

I am a fully qualified executive coach, member of the Association of Coaching (AC).  I have an MA from Westminster University in Human Resource Management, specialising in culture change and personal development.  I am proud to be a board member at iloomi, a health-tech start-up on a mission to transform mental health support.  I started my career as an actress – training for two years at Morley College, Waterloo, following which I starred in some very successful (and some not so successful) productions on the London Fringe.

I live in Hertfordshire with my partner James, a landscape architect and our daughter, Amélie Tyger-Mae. When I am not working, I like to research health and wellbeing, practice yoga, cook for friends, walk in nature – and I am on a mission to become a more conscious human being through the gift of parenthood.
