Hello, I’m Rudi
I am an organisational culture and inclusion specialist and executive coach. My purpose is to build working communities that create growth and joy. I draw on the insights gathered throughout my career to hone in on the factors I believe are pivotal to bringing this to life: trust, inclusion and self-discovery.
My experience proves, when people are free to be authentic, in a community that honours individuality, incredible energy is created – this is when extraordinary work becomes possible.

To ignite innovation and creativity, we need working environments that prioritise trust, autonomy and accountability. I create culture and inclusion strategies that disrupt ineffective HR practices and better respond to the challenges and opportunities of today’s working environment. I help evolve systems, policies and processes that uphold standardisation – transforming the approach to honour individuality at every stage of the employee life cycle.
There is a growing expectation for leaders to speak, internally and externally, about diversity, equity, inclusion and wellbeing. Although they may feel confident speaking publicly about business progress – addressing subjects beyond their area of expertise can feel terrifying. I have designed this 1:1 speaker coaching to support leaders through these challenges, allowing them greater confidence in their content, style and delivery.
Leadership Coaching
The role of a leader has never been more challenging. To succeed today, they need to be strong yet humble, purpose-driven yet flexible, motivational yet transparent, empathetic and very self-aware. Whichever leadership role they hold or are working towards, coaching can provide a space to explore a deeper connection with the authentic self, resulting in greater presence, resilience and impact.
The Conscious Leader Retreat
Leadership is a creative process. Conscious leadership is about building a deeper connection to ourselves. Only then can we create greater understanding and connection with others. We believe this kind of introspective work is impossible to do in a lunchbox session. If the goal is to ignite conscious leadership, then the greatest gift you can give your senior team is space: the opportunity to switch off from daily pressure - personal and professional.
